I usually look for recipes that are not only delicious but also affordable because I enjoy experimenting in the kitchen and cooking. Creamy Corn Jelly is a treat that I love to create and serve. This dessert is a success at any gathering because it is the ideal balance of creamy corn and sweet ingredients. Creamy Corn Jelly is a fantastic option whether you're arranging a family get-together, birthday celebration, or just treating yourself to something special. It just needs a few ingredients, is easy to make, and always turns out well.
I'm happy to share with you today a different part of myself as I prepare this easy dessert, which you should be able to make at home, too. I love to cook, therefore I'm sharing this recipe with you as a way to connect and encourage you to try producing something tasty.

In addition, I am selling this delicious treat for just 50 pesos per tub in our place. It's an excellent choice for anyone who like to serve their visitors a delicious dessert while saving time. I really think that good dessert doesn't have to be expensive, and this jelly is a great illustration of that.

Ingredients
To make this delicious dessert, you will need the following ingredients:

These are the main ingredients

1 pack of clear/transparent gulaman (gelatin)
3 cups of water
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 can of creamy corn
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of evaporada (evaporated milk)

Guidelines

Here's how to make Creamy Corn Jelly at home, step by step:

  1. Boil the Gulaman: Dissolve the transparent (clear) gulaman in three cups of water in a kettle. Add one tablespoon of sugar, then thoroughly mix. On medium heat, bring the mixture to a boil.

  2. Add Creamy Corn: Add the can of creamy corn to the gulaman mixture after it begins to boil. Mix thoroughly to blend.

  3. Add the Milks: Stir in the evaporated milk and condensed milk. To make sure all the components are evenly incorporated, thoroughly mix. Let the mixture come back to a boil.

  4. Cool and Chill: Remove from the fire as soon as the mixture reaches a boil. Gently pour the heated mixture into the mold or tub of your choosing. Before putting it in the refrigerator, allow it to cool to room temperature. To set the gelatin, chill it for at least 4 hours.

Once the gelatin has completely set, it's time to serve and enjoy. You can also add grated cheese or creamy corn for toppings. Scoop or cut into squares, then enjoy your creamy corn jelly!

Yummy, Mom made this one before but she used different color of gulaman mix. She also added sweet corn aside from the creamy corn and they taste heavenly. I can already tell how good that is as I also try it before 🤩🤩✨. Really good for any occasion, samin nong pasko sya ginawa saka new year
