Just as fat people loose weight, slim people do gain weight too. For me, I prefer being in the middle. Not too fat, not too skinny. Just a little shape with a flat tommy. When on a weight gain journey, one needs to be very careful. Taking an appetizer or smoothie and just relaxing to see the body react, you would be surprised to see that you won’t gain weight in the right places. For instance, you might end up getting a fat face with a slim body or a slim body with a big belly.
How does one avoid this? It’s important to know that, one needs to workout regularly while taking in an appetizer or weight gain smoothie. The reason behind this is to push the fat in the right place.

A smoothie is simply a beverage made from puréeing of fruits or ingredients in a blender. Some of the fruits that can be used include banana, strawberry, grapes, pineapple, pawpaw, mango and so on. Every smoothie is mostly made with a liquid base such as milk, ice cream or yogurt. In order to enjoy your smoothie, one can add crushed ice before blending or drop ice cubes in the smoothie after blending.
Smoothies can be classified in three different categories. We have the Green smoothie, the Protein Smoothie and Yogurt Smoothie. Let us briefly understand their differences.

Green Smoothie
As the name implies Green Smoothie is a kind of smoothie made almost 50% of the ingredients are green vegetables. Raw green vegetables such as collard greens,celery,spinach,kale among others. This type of smoothie has a bitter flavor when served raw. But the bitterness can be reduced by picking less bitter vegetables and blending with sweeter ingredients or fruits.

Protein Smoothie
This type of protein is a combination of fruits and water with some other form of protein powder or diary product. Protein smoothie can be consumed any time of the day. It’s used as a protein supplement for those who wish to increase in weight.

Yogurt Smoothie
A yogurt smoothie is a smoothie that also contains yogurt as a source of protein and to give the beverage a creamy texture. Particularly Greek yogurt is added as a thickening (because of its strained consistency) and to benefit from its alleged health advantages.

Preparation of Banana Smoothie
Now that we understand the basic concepts of each smoothie, I am confident that you can guess which smoothie is useful in this discussion. Exactly you guessed right, it’s the Protein Smoothie. I would be using a banana smoothie with the combination of oats, peanut butter and milk.
