- INGREDIENTS: pepper, onion, chives, garlic cloves, chickpeas, pumpkin, carrot, coriander, chicken, smoked chop, cumin, pepper and salt.
- INGREDIENTES: pimiento, cebolla, cebollín, dientes de ajo, garbanzos, calabaza, zanahoria, cilantro, pollo, chuleta ahumada, comino, pimienta y sal.

- Add the chicken breast to a deep pot, add 1 teaspoon of salt. We cook over "medium-high" heat until we check that it is ready (we shred). We will use this broth to make our preparation.
- Incorporamos la pechuga de pollo en una olla honda, agregamos 1 cucharadita de sal. Cocinamos a fuego "medio-alto" hasta comprobar que está lista (desmechamos). Utilizaremos éste caldo para realizar nuestra preparación.

- We cook the carrot and pumpkin in the chicken broth.
- Cocinamos la zanahoria y la calabaza en el caldo del pollo.

- We fry the smoked chop until we check that it is golden brown. We integrate the garlic cloves and onion. We sauté until they acquire a crystalline consistency.
- Sofreímos la chuleta ahumada, hasta comprobar que se doró. Integramos los dientes de ajo y la cebolla, salteamos hasta que adquieran una consistencia cristalina.

- We add the bell pepper, along with the shredded chicken and the chives. Season with: pepper, cumin and salt.
- Añadimos el pimiento, junto con el pollo desmechado y el cebollín. Condimentamos con: pimienta, comino y sal.

- We place our succulent sauce in the chicken broth, where we previously cooked the pumpkin and carrot... We add the chickpeas, to make this recipe I usually use canned chickpeas, since it is easier and more practical.
- Colocamos nuestro suculento sofrito al caldo de pollo, donde previamente cocinamos la calabaza y la zanahoria... Agregamos los garbanzos, para realizar ésta receta suelo utilizar garbanzos enlatados, ya que es más fácil y práctico.

- The last ingredient to incorporate will be the coriander. We lower the heat, cook for 5 minutes... I love the fresh and aromatic contrast it provides, sometimes I also add a touch of "peppermint", but on this occasion I didn't have any.
- El último ingrediente en incorporar será el cilantro. Bajamos el fuego, cocinamos 5 minutos... Me encanta el contraste fresco y aromático que aporta, en ocasiones suelo añadir también un toque de "yerbabuena", pero en ésta ocasión no tenía.
