How I Cook Pork Giniling

$1

Hello! How are you? This food I will cook is one of my cousin's favorites because it is his comfort food and one of the dishes his late father cooked for him when he was still alive. I am so relieved that I can recreate how he cooked it so that I can cook it for his son. My uncle does teach me a lot of techniques on how to cook this or how to prepare the ingredients I am going to use thanks to you uncle I can now cook every food my family wants to eat.

So Pork Giniling this food is never missing at a wedding, graduation blowouts, or outings, etc. We love eating rice so we need some good food too LOL. It not just meat it has a perfect balance of vegetables which is a good source of vitamins and minerals too which is good.

Ingredients I Used:

  • 1 Can of Liver Spread

In a hot pan, I put in 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. I put in half a kilo of ground pork and cook it until it turns brown.

When the meat releases more oil and the bottom of the pan turns brown it is time to add the aromatics.

I added the chopped garlic and red onion and cooked it until the aroma smelled out.

Then I added the ground pepper in.

Next, I added the red bell pepper, I like to add it at the beginning of cooking I like the flavor added the bell pepper when I added it first.

16.jpg

Next, I added 1 tablespoon of soy sauce to add more color to the food and flavor too.

17.jpg

18.jpg

I added half of the pork cube seasoning to add more flavor to the food and then I added 2 cups of water.

21.jpg

Next, I added the liver spread, which will balance the flavor of the dish and make it more thicker. You can add actual liver but this is the only thing we have so yeah. I cook the food in low heat until the water is reduced.

23.jpg

22.jpg

While the food is cooking I fry the cubed carrots and cubed potatoes, since I discovered that it is more delicious if you fry the potatoes and carrots I always do this step whenever I cook pork giniling and I forgot I fried some hotdogs too.

When the veggies and hotdog are fried I add them in and let them cook for 3 more minutes.

Happy Eating!
