Saludos y bendiciones mis amigos de @hivefood, paso hoy por aquí para contarles sobre esta pequeña salida con mi querido esposo, andábamos de compras en el centro de la ciudad, yo venía de una exposición de mi curso de costura y de ahí nos fuimos para el centro a hacer algunas compras.
Queríamos adelantar varias cosas, así que se nos pasó la hora de la comida y todavía no hacían falta hacer otras diligencias. Así que aprovechando de que estábamos los dos solos y que a las niñas no les gustan las cachapas, nosotros nos dimos ese gusto, los dos que sí nos encantan.
Este es un puesto que queda, como les dije en el centro de la ciudad, tienen trabajando ahí, muchos años. Me preguntaba como tienen maíz tierno todo el año, que es la materia prima para este suculento y tradicional plato venezolano.
Tenían varios combos, escogimos el de Cachapa con queso y refresco, pero también tienen las cachapas con queso y tocinera, queso y cochino, queso y otras cosas, además de otros tipos de bebidas.
Como siempre tienen muchos pedidos, ellos van haciendo sus cachapas y cuando hicimos el nuestro, prácticamente ya estaban en el budare. Así que esperamos muy poco para que nos atendieran y comernos estas ricas cachapas calentitas, estaban sabrosas para el precio que estaba bastante económicas estaban bien de queso, lo acompañamos con un refresco que por cierto era un vaso grande que nos terminó de llenar y con eso estuvimos satisfechos para seguir la jornada que nos esperaba en la tarde.

This is a stand that is, as I told you in the center of the city, they have been working there for many years. I was wondering how they have tender corn all year round, which is the raw material for this succulent and traditional Venezuelan dish.
They had several combos, we chose the Cachapa with cheese and soda, but they also have the cachapas with cheese and bacon, cheese and pork, cheese and other things, plus other types of drinks.
As they always have many orders, they are making their cachapas and when we made ours, they were practically already in the budare. So we waited very little to be served and eat these delicious hot cachapas, they were tasty for the price that was quite economical, they were good with cheese, we accompanied it with a soda which by the way was a big glass that finished filling us and with that we were satisfied to continue the journey that awaited us in the afternoon.
