Hoy quiero compartir con todos ustedes cómo pase mi día en un compartir familiar donde tuve la oportunidad de realizar unas deliciosas cachapas de maíz 🌽
A mi esposo le hicieron un obsequio un amigo le regaló un saco de maíz 🌽 y por la época de vacaciones nos reunimos en familia y decidimos realizar unas deliciosas cachapas.
Today I want to share with all of you how I spent my day in a family gathering where I had the opportunity to make some delicious corn cachapas 🌽. My husband received a gift from a friend who gave him a bag of corn 🌽 and because of the vacations we got together as a family and decided to make some delicious cachapas.
El saco de maíz trae 100 unidades de maíz, donde decidimos elaborar las Cachapas y nos tomo para realizarla toda la tarde y parte de la noche 😘

Ingredientes:
100 unidades de maíz 🌽
Azúcar

Preparación:
Paso 1
Pelar el maíz, por ser una cantidad considerable lo realizamos en familia

Una vez molido porque estaba muy tierno y boto bastante leche no hubo necesidad de agregarle más nada, solo se le agrego azúcar al gusto y sal, se amasa para mezclar bien

Se prende el fuego y se calienta una plancha, con un cucharón de sopa de agarra la medida, que fue la porción que se agrego para cocinar

Para un total de 100 unidades de maíz 🌽 se sacaron con la medida antes mencionada 30 cachapas

Esa cachapa se ve muy buena y perfecta para comerla con queso y pedazo de aguacate. Genial que hayan preparado ustedes mismo la masa y pelar cada maíz y pasar un rato agradable. Además salieron unas cuentas cachapas para comer y guardar. Espero que hayan disfrutado.
