Tanto la endocrinóloga como el neurólogo que controlan la enfermedad, me sugirieron que consumiera aceite de coco por los beneficios que aportan a la salud y en mi caso es indispensable el consumo de este aceite porque me ayuda con la inflamación y facilita la comunicación entre mis neuronas. Me asombré cuando escuché lo de alimentar mis neuronas porque mi sistema nervioso está afectado y el aceite de coco ayuda a mejorarlo, según los médicos.

Actualmente, el boom publicitario del aceite de coco es bárbaro, pareciera que la información de sus beneficios va a cualquier población, a ello le tengo respeto, prefiero que me sea indicado por un profesional de la salud para evitar correr riesgo. Tanta publicidad ha llevado a que el aceite de coco se esté comercializando a altos precios.

En mi necesidad de cumplir con las orientaciones médicas y por todos los gastos que me implican tratamiento y alimentación, se me ocurrió extraer aceite de coco de manera natural para minimizar gastos, jajaja ¡Que barbaridad Dios!

Sorpresa para mí al abrir los cocos porque tenían partes dañadas, imagino que eran viejos. Retiré la pulpa que pude de los cocos y la limpié, por lo menos para utilizar lo que quedó en alguna comida porque definitivamente era muy poco para culminar el proceso de extracción del aceite de coco.

Con esta experiencia que tuve tengo que aceptar que mejor hago el esfuerzo para comprar el aceite de coco de los que venden en supermercados o farmacias tratando de comprar uno de buena calidad y evito el esfuerzo físico para mis manos.

Como pueden ver, el grado de inflamación prevalece, a pesar de todo lo que hago. Solo doy gracias a Dios y nuestro señor Jesucristo por darme fuerzas y seguir adelante sin mirar a los lados, sabiendo que el camino que he tomado es el que me permitirá vivir muchísimos años más, estable y siendo independiente. Mi eslogan es: "mi comida es mi mejor medicina".
As you can see, the degree of inflammation prevails, despite everything I do. I only thank God and our Lord Jesus Christ for giving me strength and for going ahead without looking to the sides, knowing that the path I have taken is the one that will allow me to live many, many more years, stable and independent. Ciertamente hay un boom con el aceite, aunque desde siempre he escuchado sobre las bondades del coco.
Dado el malestar que tienes en las manos, considero que es mejor procurarlo en el mercado, pues no vaya a salir peor el remedio que la enfermedad.
Un título que me llamo la atención, porque creo fielmente en eso. Nuestra alimentación, acompañados de otros factores como la actividad física, es nuestra mejor medicina.
Creo que debe hacer un esfuerzo y comprarlo, ya que hacerlo manualmente veo que es difícil.
