Hola queridos foodies. Desde hace un tiempo, como unos dos meses, empecé a cambiar mis hábitos alimenticios, claro está, sigo dándome gustos de vez en cuando, pero, menos que antes, agregando a mis comidas más proteínas y vegetales, y adecuando más que todo la comida de la cena, dónde abusaba comiendo pan, y ahora intento basar mis alimentos en productos más sanos y menos procesados.
Para hacerles claro, la comida que más me cuesta es la cena, y justo luego de comer, lo que me corresponde, me daba mucha ansiedad porque me provocaba comer pan, pero, intentaba distraerme viendo películas o tomando bastante agua para poder olvidarme de querer consumir carbohidratos. Las primeras semanas fueron difíciles, intenté disminuir por completo carbohidratos y azúcares procesados, y enseguida ví el cambio, los pantalones que me quedaban apretados, empezaban a quedar sueltos, y eso me entusiasmo a seguir adelante.
Algunas de las ideas de comida (cena ) que me hago son las siguientes;
- tortilla de papa
- ensalada de huevo y repollo guisado
- tortilla rellena de jamón y berenjena
- torticas de plátano con pico de gallo y jamón
- tostadas de pan integral con ensalada de atún Y queso
- torticas de avena con tomate y queso
- repollo guisado, con huevo y salchichas
Ahorita estoy en una donde, no me reprimo tanto, como mis dulces, pero a horas donde se que puedo, y no es diario, y son dulces que valen la pena, eliminé el refresco por completo y la pasta. Es un proceso, ya que, tampoco quiero bajar de peso para ponerme súper delgada, solo quiero sentirme bien conmigo misma, y al vestirme sentir que las prendas me lucen bien.

Hello dear foodies. For a while now, about two months, I started to change my eating habits. Of course, I still indulge myself from time to time, but less than before, adding more protein and vegetables to my meals, and adapting my dinner meal, where I used to eat bread too much, and now I try to base my meals on healthier and less processed products.
To be clear, the meal that I find most difficult is dinner, and right after eating, which is what I should eat, I would get very anxious because I wanted to eat bread, but I tried to distract myself by watching movies or drinking a lot of water so I could forget about wanting to eat carbohydrates. The first few weeks were difficult. I tried to completely reduce carbohydrates and processed sugars, and I immediately saw the change. The pants that were tight on me were starting to be loose, and that made me excited to keep going.
Some of the ideas for food (dinner) that I make for myself are the following;
- potato omelet
- egg salad and stewed cabbage
- omelet stuffed with ham and eggplant
- plantain cakes with pico de gallo and ham
- whole wheat toast with tuna salad and cheese
- oat cakes with tomato and cheese
- stewed cabbage, with egg and sausages
Right now I'm in a place where I don't hold back so much, I eat my sweets, but at times when I know I can, and it's not daily, and they're sweets that are worth it, I eliminated soda completely and pasta. It's a process, since I don't want to lose weight to get super thin, I just want to feel good about myself, and when I get dressed feel like my clothes look good on me.
