- 1 bandeja de 500gr de brócoli y coliflor.
- 1 zanahoria, 3 tomates, 2 ramas espinaca, 2 papas, 1 pimentón.
- 3 plátanos preferiblemente verdes.
- Pollo.
- 1 huevo.
- Ajo, sal, adobo, orégano.
- Harina de trigo.
Está cantidad fue usada para 3 platos, si lo requieres puedes duplicar o agregar más la misma

- 3 bananas preferably green.
- Chicken.
- 1 egg.

Salads are always the easiest thing to prepare and I personally love to eat a lot, especially because they give us many benefits for our health. We wash everything well and add a touch of vinegar to the water used for cleaning, julienne the carrot, potatoes, tomatoes and paprika. Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and potatoes can be cooked to your liking, you can steam them, it doesn't matter if you don't have a steamer since you can use a pot and a strainer that will do the same thing and the cooking time is approximately 15 min. This is, without a doubt, the easiest thing to prepare and it really is something that I love to eat. Using the three bananas, we cut each one into portions and add them to a pot with enough water for cooking. There is no need to peel them before cooking. Once ready, we take them out, remove the shell and crush them with a cup and fry them. There is another way to make them and it is that they are peeled raw and fried for a few minutes, then they are taken out, crushed and fried again, I have not used that method but if you like it and you think it is better to do it, it is also perfect, they all have to the desired end product.
