Hola mis amigos amantes de la cocina, les cuento que el día de ayer quise innovar con una nueva receta de Chaguarmas al estilo panquecas con chuletas de cerdo, pues ya era muy tarde para amasar la harina de trigo de dejarla reposar para poder preparar la cena, entonces vino a mi mente la idea de hacer mejor unas panquecas pero saladas para que tuviesen el sabor de la Chaguarma aunque sabemos que la textura es diferente. Por acá les mostraré el paso a paso de la preparación quedaron deliciosas. 😋

Primero pique las chuletas de cochino, las condimente con un poco de sal adobo y dos dientes de ajo y le agregué suficiente agua para llevarla al fuego.
First I chopped the pork chops, seasoned them with a little adobo salt and two cloves of garlic and added enough water to bring it to the heat.
Mientras se cocinaba el cerdo empecé a preparar una rica crema de ajo con perejil. Empece con el licuado de un huevo y poco a poco agregué aceite un chorrito de vinagre o limón sal al gusto y las ramitas de perejil, se licua muy bien hasta obtener una consistencia espesa como la de la imagen.
While the pork was cooking I began to prepare a delicious garlic cream with parsley. I started with the blending of an egg and little by little I added oil, a splash of vinegar or lemon, salt to taste and the parsley sprigs, it blends very well until it obtains a thick consistency like the one in the image.
A mis hijos les encanta esta crema, luego en un bol coloque la harina de trigo y una cucharada de sal y agua, batir hasta obtener la siguiente consistencia.

Luego se pone a calentar un sartén y se esparce un poquito de aceite para que no se pegue y se agrega el contenido de la harina, cuando dore por un lado se voltea hasta que esté dorada por ambos lados.

Pique repollo 🥦, ralle 🥕 y un tomate 🍅 para agregar al relleno
