Ayer mi novio me invitó a comer mi comida favorita, bueno, una de tantas porque la verdad a mí me gusta casi toda la comida callejera jajaja pero hay algo que si como relativamente poco en la calle y es porque no muchos saben hacer, que es la salchipapas.
La papas para mí deben ser, crocantes por fuera y suaves por dentro, y los toppings bien balanceados para que no se pongan blandas cuando llegan a la mesa, este lugar lleva tiempo apareciendo en mi feed de Tik tok y estábamos provocados, a demás es bastante cerca de la casa, así que aprovechamos para ir. El lugar es bastante lindo y acogedor, el negocio como tal lleva tiempo pero hasta hace poco abrieron su local, es decir antes trabajaban por delivery.
Tienen salchipapas pequeñas, medianas, grandes y XL, nosotros pedimos la Grande, que comen dos personas, en cuanto a toppings era una de las más sencillas, así que venden varias muchas más "monstruosas", tiene hasta una que comen aproximadamente 6 personas y cuesta 100.000 pesos, que vienen siendo como 25$ es decir vienes gastando máximo 6,5$ por persona con cualquiera de los platos.
Las papas solas estaban buenísimas, esa es mi objetivo principal, estaban crocantes y suaves por dentro, ya de ahí me enamoré del lugar, sus salchichas eran de buena calidad y el sabor y sazón de la milanesa súper rico, realmente me encantaron y es un lugar que sin dudas visitaría nuevamente con toda mi familia. 🫶🏽🍟

For me, potatoes must be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the toppings well balanced so that they do not get soft when they reach the table, this place has been appearing in my Tik tok feed for a while and we were provoked, besides it is quite close to the house, so we took the opportunity to go. The place is quite nice and cozy, the business as such has been around for a while but until recently they opened their premises, that is, before they worked by delivery.
They have small, medium, large and XL salchipapas, we ordered the Large one, which feeds two people, as for toppings it was one of the simplest, so they sell several much more "monstrous" ones, they even have one that feeds approximately 6 people and costs 100,000 pesos, which is about $25, meaning you spend a maximum of $6.5 per person with any of the dishes.
The potatoes alone were delicious, that's my main goal, they were crispy and soft inside, and from there I fell in love with the place, their sausages were of good quality and the flavor and seasoning of the Milanese was super delicious, I really loved them and it's a place that I would definitely visit again with my whole family. 🫶🏽🍟
