En anteriores oportunidades te he hablado acerca de Coffee Town una cafetería pequeña y muy agradable ubicada en una de las zonas más concurridas de Caracas. Este es uno de mis lugares favoritos para ir a desconectarme un poco de todo debido a que el lugar es muy acogedor y sus precios son accesibles. Ayer quise ir a despejar un poco la mente, así que no dudé en ir a esta cafetería a disfrutar de un café a final de la tarde.
Pedí un capuchino grande, como es costumbre en mí, y lo acompañé con una galleta gigante de chocolate, con chispas de chocolate blanco y sal marina. Las galletas habían llamado mi atención en oportunidades anteriores en las que había ido, así que esta vez fui con la idea fija en querer probar una. La galleta lucía apetitosa desde la vitrina, pero de verdad no esperé que fuese tan increíble tanto en textura como en sabor...la combinación de lo dulce del chocolate blanco con la pizca de sal marina es una cosa que no tiene comparación.
No pude evitar decirle al chico que me atendió que la galleta estaba increíble y, de hecho, me comentó que justo estaba por preguntarme qué tal me había parecido esa opción que elegí porque por lo regular los clientes solían escoger con más frecuencia las otras opciones de galleta. Esto me impresionó un poco, siento que algunos clientes no saben de lo que se están perdiendo 😅
Esta opción de café y super galleta se convirtió en mi favorita aquí en Coffee Town. Me permitiré de llamarla de ahora en adelante "el combo Maryed" 😂. Y tú, ¿tienes un combinación favorita de comida y bebida en un lugar al que te guste visitar con regularidad?
In previous opportunities I have told you about Coffee Town a small and very nice coffee shop located in one of the busiest areas of Caracas. This is one of my favorite places to go to disconnect a little bit from everything because the place is very cozy and the prices are affordable. Yesterday I wanted to go to clear my mind a bit, so I didn't hesitate to go to this coffee shop to enjoy a late afternoon coffee.
I ordered a large cappuccino, as is customary for me, and accompanied it with a giant chocolate chip cookie, with white chocolate chips and sea salt. The cookies had caught my eye on previous occasions when I had gone, so this time I went with my mind set on wanting to try one. The cookie looked appetizing from the display case, but I really didn't expect it to be so amazing in both texture and taste...the combination of the sweetness of the white chocolate with the hint of sea salt is like nothing I've ever seen before.
I couldn't help but tell the guy who served me that the cookie was amazing and, in fact, he commented that he was just about to ask me how I liked that option I chose because usually customers tended to choose the other cookie options more often. This shocked me a bit, I feel like some customers don't know what they are missing out on 😅.
This coffee and super cookie option became my favorite here at Coffee Town. I'll allow myself to call it from now on "the Maryed combo" 😂. How about you, do you have a favorite food and drink combo at a place you like to visit regularly?

Te entiendo, suelo ir todos los martes antes de mi clase a una cafetería y pido siempre lo mismo, matcha latte con un croissant 😂 se ha vuelto parte de mi rutina.
Pero lo que has pedido se ve de otro nivel de sabrosura😍!
Me encanta el Matcha Latte, es una muuuy buena opción 😍. Amo esos pequeños momentos foodies que se terminan convirtiendo en rutina y que son como un alivio para el corazoncito.
Esa galletica se ve provocativa, y más se es con un cafecito. Estoy pensando ir a caracas, el mes que viene. Vamos a ver que tal las cosas para ése momento, quiero visitar unos lugares allá.
