Here is what I prepared for lunch today! "White soup". Here are some things I did before cooking , I pounded my melon, the one have broken already, I pounded it well. I boiled the cowpea and also pounded it ,I pounded my pepper, and sliced my onions. Well here are the ingredients I used in preparing the soup, read carefully🥰
INGREDIENTS
Maggie, salt, onions, pepper, palm oil, fish, cowskin (kpomo), crayfish, cowpea, egusi (melon), periwinkle, azuza leaf...
PROCEDURES
- Cut your periwinkle, wash it at least 5times. Wash your fish, kpomo, inside your pot.
- Light your gas and put your pot on it then add a little salt, pepper, Maggie, onions to steam.
- You add a little water to it so it won't burn.
- Add cold water
- Add the pounded cowpea and turn, also add melon and allow it to boil for like 1MIN.
- Turn and add oil.
- Add salt, Maggie, pepper, crayfish.
- Turn and add your azuza leaf.
