Potatoes and beans are now readily available in the market. Currently we are experiencing mild winters. Beans are a unique vegetable among winter vegetables. Potatoes have been added here. Above all, coriander makes the taste of the curry more incomparable. Beans can be used to cook various dishes. So my decision today is to cook fried beans and potatoes. Eating beans and potatoes vegetarian will not create nutritional deficiencies in your body. Beans contain a lot of protein, carbohydrates and iron potassium which is a big part of the health of the human body. Beans contain multiple nutrients like calcium. Potatoes are well known as a part of our daily cooking. Potatoes help in the digestion of the human body. So here we have made a combination of potatoes and beans.

Potatoes 300 grams quantity

First, I showed a selfie with the necessary ingredients, beans. Later, I peeled the potatoes, onions, green peppers, and garlic well. Then I cut both sides of the beans and cleaned them. We can see that sometimes there are insects inside the beans. So while cleaning, be sure to hold them a little above and look under the light to see if there are any insects. Clean cooking is a big part of the health of the human body.
