Cauliflower and potato fry recipe tutorial / inspired by hivefood vegetarian

Hello I hope you all are having a great time with great feelings.Here I am bringing you all a wonderful recipe through the #hivefood community. Where green vegetables are present. I am all about respect and love for vegetarians here.Also welcome as a culinary experience in cooking green vegetables.Cooking healthy vegetables gives the family a moment of joy.Green vegetables are a big part of staying healthy.Among these are cauliflower and potato.A combination of different vegetables.

The fiber in the light above all works great in the digestive power of the human body.Eating potatoes generally prevents stones from forming in the human body.Keeps teeth clean and protected by providing vitamin C. Abdominal diarrhea resolves various ailments including dysentery.We in Bangladesh usually like to eat potato with every curry.Light contains a lot of fiber along with antioxidants which play an important role for the human body after all. Similarly, cauliflower also helps to keep cholesterol levels in the human body as it contains fiber. Generally,calcium and fluoride present in cauliflower strengthens the bones of the human body. Cauliflower contains a lot of vitamins.So the human body helps to relieve cold, cough and sore throat.Also boosts immunity with great feeling.Sulfur content in cauliflower helps reduce inflammation in the body,so it's my pleasure to share this green vegetable with you today.Eating at least one serving of vegetables every day will go a long way in keeping you and your family healthy.

Equipment:-

300 grams of cauliflower
200 grams of potatoes
Chilli 8/9 pitch quantity

The amount of yellow
Amount of cumin
Salt in moderation
Powdered spices in quantity
150 ml of water
90 grams of soybean oil

Above all I love to buy wonderful vegetables from the market. Especially the selected vegetables give a really pleasant feeling. Which tastes great and acts as a healthy food. cauliflower is my absolute favorite. Sweet pumpkins are produced in abundance in our city.But currently I am staying in Dhaka city.So I am trying to cook and eat by buying selected vegetables.

Here we will present each step by step.With your attention you will enjoy this wonderful cooking and use of ingredients.

Here I peel the potatoes well. Next cut the cauliflower to size with great flair. After that I picked up the onion and garlic well. Trying to show you all here in the exhibition.

Here I added 80 grams of soybean oil after heating the curry.Next I sauteed the onion and chili ingredients.After that I added all the required ingredients including salt,turmeric and cumin.Later I showed a selfie with the pan.

First I sauteed the potatoes after lightly frying the necessary ingredients including onions.

Then we mixed it well with 200 mL of water.

Here you can see all the ingredients in the wok I have mixed well after adding water again.

Next I sauteed the cauliflower and mixed it well. After that, put the lid on the pan and boil it for about 8 minutes. After that I reduced the heat of the stove and again kept it for 7-8 minutes and took down the curry.
