  • When the water boils, Put the prepared meat in. The meat will be cut into small pieces because if we stew for a long time, the meat will still be tender and still in pieces. Put the meat in without stirring because it will make the soup thick. Just let it sink into the soup in the pot.

  • Wait until the water boils again and then stir. Turn on the fire and leave for about 20-25 minutes. Do not use high heat because stewing slowly. The longer it is, the tenderer it will be.

  • Check occasionally. If there are bubbles, scoop them out. Cover and leave for a while. Taste to see if the taste is right. If you want more saltiness, add a little salt at a time so that it is not too salty.

  • Check until the meat is tender or not. It is ready to eat. You can make it into noodle soup or eat it with rice. It is delicious, depending on your preference. It can be stored for several meals. If you do not finish it, put it in the refrigerator. When you want to eat it, just reheat it.
