Hello everyone, today I'm back with another dish. Today I'll take everyone to make a Thai dish that will amaze you because in addition to its amazing appearance, its taste is also well-rounded. And it seems like a magnificent dish because it's decorated with pineapple. Pineapple fried rice is another famous Thai dish that most Thai restaurants will have this menu to order. I've ordered it at Thai restaurants before, but the taste is not as good as making it myself because we can make it to the taste we want.
- And pineapple fried rice, the name tells you that the main ingredient of this dish is pineapple, which is not only eaten as a fruit, but can also be used in cooking. Because pineapple has a sour and sweet taste, is rich in vitamins, and has properties that help fight free radicals, help the digestive system, and build immunity. Strengthen bones, reduce inflammation, prevent high blood pressure, nourish skin, etc.
Ingredients 🍍🍍(for making 6 dishes)
- 4 cups of cooked rice
- 1 cup of pineapple
- 3 pineapples
- 100 grams of shrimp
- 50 grams of cashews
- 20 grams of raisins
- 1 chicken hotdog (or ham)
- 3 eggs
- 20 grams of carrots
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of seasoning powder
- 1 tablespoon of curry powder
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 10 grams of chopped oysters
Preparation steps🍍🍍
- Start by washing the pineapple and cutting it in half lengthwise. Then scoop out the pineapple flesh using a spoon or knife and cut it. Set aside and keep the shell to make a plate for fried rice.
- Grill the sliced pineapple in a hot pan to make the pineapple more fragrant. Do the same with the shell that is a plate.
- Heat a pan, add butter, when the butter starts to melt, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add small carrots, hot dogs, eggs, shrimps and stir-fry.
- Season with oyster sauce, soy sauce, seasoning powder and curry powder.
- Add the prepared cooked rice (the rice must be cooked overnight or refrigerated to prevent the rice from being soggy when stir-fried). Stir-fry everything together well.
- Then add cashew nuts and raisins and stir-fry until the rice is well combined. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with small pieces of chopped green onions and stir-fry together.
- Scoop the fried rice into the bowl with pineapple and serve.
- And this is the pineapple fried rice that I made. That day was my first time making it and it was my sister's birthday. I made Thai food for Italians to eat and they loved it very much.

I tried pineapple in some dishes but not with rice, that looks interesting. I love thay it has other tasty ingredients. It looks really yummy and delicious, I also want a serving of that 🤤🤤🤤✨🤩
