Hello everyone, today I would like to greet everyone with lunch. The weather has been getting colder lately and the food I am eating this time is probably suitable for the cold weather. The food for this meal is grilled meat "Ner Yang or Moo Ka ta" (Thai Style BBQ) . As many people have probably seen it, especially Thai people, almost everyone knows grilled meat. Since I haven't been back to Thailand for almost two years, this type of food makes me miss it a lot because I don't eat it often and people here are not very familiar with this type of food.
And this time I was invited by my Thai friend. She lives in the same village as me, but we don't see each other often because she has to work and I feel bad for her. She rarely invites me to eat at her house and this time is no different. She invited me to eat grilled meat.
Normally, grilled meat should be cooked on a charcoal stove to be delicious. But as you know, if something is hard to find, you have to adapt it. We used an electric pan and I had prepared the marinated meat from the evening and put it in the refrigerator. There were some vegetables and a few drinks to eat together. Then my friend came to pick me up at home. She had already prepared the soup. When she arrived, she put the soup on the plate and put it in the pan.
Everything went very quickly. We ate the grilled meat very deliciously. Eating grilled meat is Must be grilled in real time, not grilled in advance, so that it will be eaten hot. Whoever likes which piece can use chopsticks to pick it up and dip it in the grilled meat sauce with vegetables. In addition to meat, there are also shrimp, squid, depending on your preference.
After eating the grilled meat, my friend also prepared fruit pudding for me to eat. It was very delicious. After eating, there was dessert. This meal was so delicious that it reminded me of when I was in Thailand. Whenever I was hungry in Thailand, I would go to a convenient and delicious restaurant.
