The delicious homemade Italian-style appetizer food.

Hello everyone, today I'm back with food again and this is an appetizer that many people have eaten and known often and this time I will present Italian appetizers and this is a collection of homemade appetizers that are mostly made by myself, except for some that are already bought and added such as olives, ham, etc.

And what I often make is Bruschetta which is toasted bread that stands out with olive oil. The ingredients of Bruschetta are tomatoes and garlic. But sometimes there are cucumbers too. I really like Bruschetta because it's delicious and smells good with bread.

Another delicious menu is baked or grilled bell peppers that are slightly burnt for a fragrant smell. Eat with pickled squid. Its color looks very delicious and delicious too. The sweet taste of bell peppers when mixed with the saltiness of pickled squid goes very well together.

Baked zucchini with cheese This menu is also a delicious and easy-to-eat appetizer. In addition to zucchini, there are also eggplants or tomatoes. Some people use pumpkin to make it, depending on their preference. In addition to the menu baked with cheese, there is baked pumpkin. Freshly baked potatoes are very delicious.

There is also an egg menu, fried eggs that use very little oil. This menu is not often made. It is rare to make because normally at home we make omelets. Other than that, it is a general appetizer that the house makes itself when there are guests or on important days. We make it and arrange it beautifully on the plate. I like Italian appetizers because they are healthy. Mostly they are vegetables. Sometimes we use fresh vegetables to make salads with fresh cheese. Or it is celery that is eaten with cheese. In addition to being delicious, it is also healthy.
