Hello to hive family, I hope you all have a wonderful day or wonderful night today and sharing a new recipe on how I use my cassava. Am a farmer so I do farm lots of cassava and is more of making garri.

My daughter will always ask mummy why do you streets yourself farming cassava only and cassava is only made for garri .

I told her that there are other things we use cassava to example is cassava puff puff and other things which I will do later but lets start with puff puff.

INGREDIENTS USED
4 pieces of cassava
6 piece of fresh pepper
Salt to taste
1 medium Onion
1 cup of red oil
Water.

PROCEDURE
I am going to explain this bit by bit and also in an easy way to prepare it.
I peel my cassava

After peeling my cassava I wash them and cut them into pieces and boil.

After boiling I remove the water use in boiled them.

In a clean bowl I put my boiled cassava and add water. The boiled cassava will stay for 24 hours that means a day so that they cassava will forment and reduce a lot of starch after that I will bring them out and grind.

I also grind my pepper together with my cassava.

After I add salt and onions and stir them very well so that there will no be different taste.

After stirring very well I mound my grinded cassava to the size I want.

In a clean and dry pot I put my red oil that I will be using to fry my cassava. In a low heat put your mound cassava one after the other.
While it will be low is because so that the cassava will by done before burning.

With this process your yummy cassava puff puff is ready.
