¡Hola amigos de la comunidad de Hive! muy en especial a todos los que integramos esta hermosa Comunidad de HiIVE FOOD. En esta oportunidad les traigo una receta muy fácil de realizar, Jugo de Lulo o naranjilla, esta es una fruta cítrica, es rica en vitamina A, C, K; recuerdo la primera vez que lo consumí fue en Barquisimeto estado Lara- Venezuela después de un tratamiento de quimioterapia de mi papá y me lo recomendaron para subir las defensas, desde ese momento lo consumo con frecuencia por sus múltiples beneficios.
¿Qué necesitaremos? :
- 2 Lulo o naranjilla.
- 1 Litro de agua.
- Azúcar.
- Hielo.
En primera instancia; agregaremos en una olla los 2 lulos o naranjillas, con un poco de agua, hasta que la concha ablande. Esto puede durar aproximadamente 5 minutos. Apago y dejo enfriar.
Una vez que la fruta esté fría, retire la cáscara. Con la ayuda de una cuchara, retire la pulpa y luego agréguela al vaso de la licuadora, añada el agua con la que se hirvió la fruta, azúcar al gusto y luego comiencé a licuar.
Retiramos de la licuadora, y pondremos dicha mezcla en un colador para retirar las semillas y desechar.
Con la ayuda de un cucharón, comenzamos a llenar los vasos con hielo y comenzamos a servir para degustar de esta bebida refrescante, deliciosa y con un aroma inigualable.

With the help of a ladle, begin to fill the glasses with ice and start serving to enjoy this refreshing, delicious drink with an unparalleled aroma.
