Chicken with flour and lemon ( ENG/ESP)

Good morning Hivers how are you? In recent days I have been shamefully absent, during the holidays I had my husband free and we spent a lot of time out between trips, dinners and visits to relatives. In fact today I immediately got into my pajamas and back to the stove. I confess these days I have cooked very little as I have often been to dinner and family lunches and they are not finished yet! Today I decided to do a simple and light dish: chicken with flour and lemon.

For this recipe you will need:

  • 500 grams of chicken breast
  • 6 tablespoons of 00 flour
  • 3 tablespoons of salt
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice

First we take the chicken breast, if we have already cut it it's better otherwise like me we have to cut it into thin slices with a well-sharpened knife!

Buenos días Hivers ¿cómo estás? Estos últimos días he estado vergonzosamente ausente, durante las vacaciones tenía libre a mi marido y pasábamos mucho tiempo libre entre viajes, cenas y visitas a familiares. De hecho hoy inmediatamente me puse el pijama y regresé a la estufa. Confieso que estos días he cocinado muy poco ya que he ido muchas veces a cenas y comidas familiares y ¡aún no han terminado!

Hoy decidí hacerlo contigo. Plato sencillo y ligero: pollo con harina y limón.

Para esta receta necesitarás:

  • 500 gramos de pechuga de pollo
  • 6 cucharadas de harina 00
  • 3 cucharadas de sal
  • 4 cucharadas de jugo de limón

Primero cogemos la pechuga de pollo, si ya la hemos cortado es mejor sino como yo ¡tenemos que cortarla en rodajas finas con un cuchillo bien afilado!

Luego preparamos un bol con la harina y vertemos el jugo de limón sobre el pollo, ayudará a que la harina eche raíces, cuando hayamos espolvoreado el pollo con limón cogemos cada rodaja e intentamos rellenarla con harina, cuando las rodajas estén bien enharinadas la ponemos en la cacerola con un poco de agua para que se cocinen mejor, solo un par de cucharadas y salamos, cocinamos a fuego lento, removiendo frecuentemente durante unos 25 minutos.

Entonces estará listo nuestro pollo sencillo al limón y harina, ¡delicioso para disfrutar caliente!
