Hoy estaba sola en casa y decidí cocinar algo rico con espinacas, que mi esposo odia y yo aprovecho cuando él no está.
Para esta receta necesitarás:
- 4 huevos
- 250 gramos de espinacas
- 4 cucharadas de sal fina
- 3 cucharadas de aceite
En primer lugar hay que limpiar bien las toallas, ya que muchas veces tienen restos de suciedad, o si te conviene, ¡comprámoslas ya lavadas! Después de lavarlos, exprímelos para que no quede agua.

Luego preparamos una olla grande con agua a hervir, cuando el agua hierva añadimos las espinacas y dejamos cocer hasta que se ablanden, normalmente unos veinte minutos. Mientras tanto, prepara un bol, rompe los huevos, añade la sal y mezcla bien. Una vez que las espinacas estén listas, escurrirlas y agregarlas a los huevos, mezclar vigorosamente.
Luego preparamos una sartén con el aceite, dejamos calentar un minuto y agregamos la mezcla de tortilla, dejamos cocinar unos 15 minutos y luego estará lista nuestra rica tortilla de espinacas! ¡Sencillo, con pocos ingredientes y delicioso!
