Hoy les traigo mi visita y experiencia a la primera tienda de conveniencia estilo coreano en Buenos Aires.
La tienda se llama Hawaii Market y está ubicada en Juana Manso 1551 en Puerto Madero.
Tiene una gran variedad de productos importados como bebidas de aloe de diferentes sabores, boba tea o té de burbujas en lata, leche de coco, entre otros. También carnes y mariscos congelados, y una variedad de comidas preparadas asiáticas que puedes calentar o llevar. Pero mi curiosidad fue venir por la variedad de ramen que tienen en el lugar, de diferentes sabores y tamaños, marcados por picantes y no picantes. Lo interesante de este lugar es que funciona como las tiendas asiáticas de conveniencia, en las cuales puedes preparar tu ramen con agua caliente o calentar la comida que compras y comer en el lugar o llevarte la comida y comer en el parque o algo por el estilo.
Yo elegí un ramen de kimchi, que es bastante picante, pero el kimchi es mi favorito de este tipo de ramen picante ya que, aparte de picar bastante, tiene un muy buen sabor. Puse agua caliente y esperé 4 minutos para que esté listo. Tienen un cartel que dice "máximo 20 minutos en la barra para comer". Literalmente es para comer y salir rápido. El espacio es solo para unas 6 personas máximo, pero todo está limpio y es bastante cómodo.
Fue una experiencia bastante interesante y bastante barata para estar ubicado en Puerto Madero. El ramen cuesta unos 6500 pesos argentinos. Entregan palitos chinos o tenedor, dependiendo si sabes o no usarlos. El personal es muy amable y siempre tienen las pavas (calentadores de agua eléctricos) con agua caliente.

Today I bring you my visit and experience at the first Korean-style convenience store in Buenos Aires.

There are also frozen meats and seafood, and a variety of prepared Asian foods that you can heat up or take away. But my curiosity was piqued by the variety of ramen they have, with different flavors and sizes, marked by spicy and non-spicy. The interesting thing about this place is that it functions like Asian convenience stores, where you can prepare your ramen with hot water or heat the food you buy and eat it there or take it to eat in the park or something similar.
I chose a kimchi ramen, which is quite spicy, but kimchi is my favorite of this type of spicy ramen because, apart from being quite hot, it has a very good flavor. I added hot water and waited 4 minutes for it to be ready. They have a sign that says "maximum 20 minutes at the counter to eat." It is literally for eating and leaving quickly. The space is only for about 6 people maximum, but everything is clean and quite comfortable.
It was a very interesting experience and quite cheap for being located in Puerto Madero. The ramen costs about 6500 Argentine pesos. They provide chopsticks or a fork, depending on whether you know how to use them. The staff is very friendly and they always have kettles (electric water heaters) with hot water.
