Hi foodies I prepared African breadfruit, in South Eastern Nigerian it's called Ukwa....

Incorporating African breadfruit into a balanced diet can significantly enhance overall health and well-being.

Wash African breadfruit to remove dirty and sand, put in a pot add water enough to cook it till it's soften & no longer hard...

Sive out the breadfruit water separately, it will be use to serve the Ukwa.

I added salt,onion and pepper while cooking

I add 3 table spoon of red oil and turn

I add well seasoned prepped dry fish

Mix together & adjust for salt if needed & it's ready to serve.
Beside it is the water sive out for the Ukwa after cooking...
