Hello to all the users and friends of the community for preparing various dishes and desserts around the world.
Potatoes a popular vegetable , cooked in different variations, is coveted on the menu in both home and public restaurants. it is used both alone and in combination with other products.
Today I will offer you an idea for preparing aromatic potatoes with pork liver and onions baked in the oven .

Ingredients of the dish:

  • 500 g / potatoes
  • 500 g / black pork liver
  • 100 g / white flour
  • 3 pcs / onion
  • 15 g / salt
  • 30 g / baking soda
  • 70 g / oil

Method of preparation:

  • Liver is cut into pieces and placed in a container with a lid,extinguishing bicarbonate of soda with vinegar one tablespoon per kilogram of liver.
  • Add cold water to the level of the chopped liver and the soda.
  • Leave in the refrigerator for twenty-four hours.
  • Before sealing the liver, rinse it with cold water.
  • Dip the whole liver in white flour and seal it in the pan with the fat for a while - without frying it.
  • Cut the peeled potatoes into pieces and put them in a colander.
  • In a saucepan, bring water to the boil and blanch the sliced potatoes in the colander.
  • Put the blanched potatoes and the sealed pork liver in another casserole dish.
  • In the fat in which you sealed the liver, chop two onions and fry them lightly, then add them to the liver and potatoes.
  • Roast in the oven until done

Hola a todos los usuarios y amigos de la comunidad para preparar diversos platos y postres en todo el mundo.
La patata, una hortaliza muy popular, cocinada en diferentes variantes, es codiciada en el menú tanto de los restaurantes caseros como de los públicos. se utiliza tanto sola como en combinación con otros productos.
Hoy les ofreceré una idea para preparar patatas aromáticas con hígado de cerdo y cebollas al horno.

Ingredientes del plato:

  • 500 g / de patatas
  • 500 g / hígado de cerdo negro
  • 100 g / harina blanca
  • 3 piezas / cebolla
  • 15 g / sal
  • 30 g / bicarbonato
  • 70 g / aceite

Método de preparación:

  • El hígado se corta en trozos y se coloca en un recipiente con tapa, apagando el bicarbonato de sodio con vinagre una cucharada por kilo de hígado.
  • Añadir agua fría hasta el nivel del hígado troceado y la sosa.
  • Dejar en la nevera durante veinticuatro horas.
  • Antes de sellar el hígado, enjuagarlo con agua fría.
  • Pasar el hígado entero por harina blanca y sellarlo en la sartén con la grasa durante un rato, sin freírlo.
  • Cortar las patatas peladas en trozos y ponerlas en un colador.
  • En una cacerola, poner agua a hervir y escaldar las patatas cortadas en el colador.
  • Poner las patatas escaldadas y el hígado de cerdo sellado en otra cazuela.
  • En la grasa en la que has sellado el hígado, pica dos cebollas y fríelas ligeramente, luego añádelas al hígado y las patatas.
  • Asar en el horno hasta que esté hecho

Liver is a required taste by some. I my self don't mind it .But I would be the only one eating it in my family. I've had Pork,Beef,Deer, livers. Heart as well. This dish is how we use to eat liver . Eat hardy.
