Hello to all users of the community for the preparation of various delicious dishes and specialties.
To your attention today I will offer you a popular recipe:
Pork fresh meat with a lot of assorted vegetables,which give it a unique taste.
It is prepared in different ways,but always the dish turns out to be very tasty and is welcome on my table.
Ingredients for the dish:
- 1000 g / fresh pork
- 3pcs / blue aubergines
- 3pcs / zucchini
- 3pcs / green peppers
- 1 pc / fresh onion
- 3pcs./ onions
- 400g / can green beans
- 300g / can tomatoes
- 3pcs/ carrots
- 200g / oil
- 30g/ red pepper
- 30g / salt
Spices: - 30g / parsley
-30g/ mint
-30g/rosemary - 40g / celery fresh
Method of preparation:
- Boil the pork
- Put the oil in a roasting dish and add the cleaned and chopped vegetables in the following chronology:
- Carrots, eggplants, zucchini, green peppers, green beans, onions and tomatoes, mix and knead all the vegetables.
- Saute for a bit and add the red pepper along with the meat broth.
- Once the dish comes to a boil, turn it off and arrange the cooked meat.
- Put the dish in the oven and roast it until done.
Serve warm!

Hola a todos los usuarios de la comunidad para la preparación de varios platos deliciosos y especialidades.
A su atención hoy les ofreceré una receta popular:
Carne fresca de cerdo con muchas verduras variadas,que le dan un sabor único.
Se prepara de diferentes maneras,pero siempre el plato resulta muy sabroso y es bienvenido en mi mesa.
Ingredientes del plato:
- 1000 g / cerdo fresco
- 3pcs / berenjenas azules
- 3 piezas / calabacín
- 3 uds. / pimientos verdes
- 1ud. / cebolla fresca
- 3ud./ cebollas
- 400g / lata judías verdes
- 300g / lata tomates
- 3ud./ zanahorias
- 200g / aceite
- 30g / pimiento rojo
- 30g / sal
Especias: - 30g / perejil
-30g / menta
-30 g / romero - 40g / apio fresco
Método de preparación:
- Hervir la carne de cerdo
- Poner el aceite en una fuente de horno y añadir las verduras limpias y troceadas en la siguiente cronología:
- Zanahorias, berenjenas, calabacines, pimientos verdes, judías verdes, cebollas y tomates, mezclar y amasar todas las verduras.
- Rehogar un poco y añadir el pimiento rojo junto con el caldo de carne.
- Una vez que la fuente rompa a hervir, apáguela y disponga la carne cocida.
- Meter la fuente en el horno y asar hasta que esté hecha.
Servir caliente!.
