I got to say, that looks delicious. That reminds me to a time I went to Dominican Republic and I bought a burger. They put the burger in between two "buns" made out of plantains just like that cup. It was not bad I tell you, not bad. I can see it and tasted with my eyes. Lol
hehehe, you made me remember a typical dish from Venezuela that is made with bananas, it is a hamburger and instead of bread they put bananas in a round shape, very compact and very thin. they are very delicious, it is called Patacon.
It's good that my recipe made you remember good things from that trip.
My brother use to travel to Venezuela a lot. He was telling me about Patacon and how he use to eat it as well.
