It’s a beautiful day in the morning here in Navrongo, Upper East Region of Ghana, the weather here is very dynamic as it could easily change from cold weather to warm weather, today the weather is expected to be around 40 degree Celsius.
Talking about foods, I started my morning with a delicious wakye(rice and beans), a favorite Ghanaian food that almost 80% of Ghanaians take in a day, so I already had mine early this morning lol 😆
Wakye with gari and cabbage, and egg, I tried balancing the the diet with all this, I’m a vegetarian and I as well prefer egg over meet, this was very good and delicious 😋, I’ve been craving recently and I said let me pass by today to fill my tommy so I can enjoy the day.
It’s easier to prepare but we all like to buy because of the way it’s always packaged especially when taking away, anytime you have a visit to Ghana, ask about a Wakye joint and go and enjoy yourself, you will really love it.
