Salad 🥗 of Raw Vegetables my own way

Hello guys, hope you all are doing well. This is my first post in this community and I am very nervous and excited. First I read all the rules of this community so that I can make a good post. As you may have guessed from the title, in this post I will show you how to make raw vegetable salad in my own style.

A few days ago I read a post by @fmbs25 in which she shared a salad recipe. She shared that salad recipe in this community that's why I chose this community. She prepared the salad different way but I decided to share my version of the salad. This salad is great for weight loss and your digestion as it contains lemon which is good for your digestive health.


Ingredients


  • Cucumber 🥒
  • Carrot 🥕
  • Radish
  • Lemon 🍋
  • Onion 🧅
  • Mint
  • Tomato 🍅
  • Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt 🧂


Let's Make it...

First we will take all the ingredients that I mentioned above. You can add the ingredients according to the quantity of salad you want to make. It doesn't matter if it's more or less because it's not a cooking recipe. I prepared this salad in the morning because eating this salad in the morning gives more benefits.

After washing all these raw vegetables well, I cut them carefully into small pieces. Making salad is very easy and makes it very quickly, just cut the raw vegetables into small beautiful pieces. Different colored vegetables increase to the beauty of the salad as it is a very beautiful color combination.

I made this salad just for myself so I needed a small amount of ingredients. I added half an onion, half a tomato, a small carrot, little radish and a cucumber. I like cucumber that's why I took a little more. The quantity of all these ingredients makes a good quantity which is enough for me. I eat it once a week in the morning because I like it and it also keeps my stomach healthy.

Now I put all the chopped raw vegetables in a bowl and add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, lemon is very important in this salad. I like preparing my own food.

I read @anggreklestari post yesterday and she said that we should invest in ourselves and I really liked which she said. I have a promise to myself at the beginning of the year that I would eat less fast food this new year but after reading her post I decided more strongly that now I will eat only healthy food. You know guys that good food gives you positive vibes.

After adding the juice of one lemon, add one-fourth of a tablespoon of salt and one-fourth of a tablespoon of black pepper powder and mix it well. You can see that all raw vegetables with black pepper powder release juice in no time. Mix this delicious juice with raw vegetables and eat it. This salad is very tasty. I would suggest you all to try this salad once because it's so healthy food.
