Today my son surprised me with a lunch he often makes in Zagreb.
It was chicken breasts, lightly fried and then cooked a little longer after he poured some kind of Japanese sweet and spicy sauce over them, which perfectly blended with the chicken.
On the side, he made rice with a bit of butter, and it was incredibly delicious and creamy.
Of course, there was also his staple iced coffee, but this time with caramel syrup, just like they do in some of the finer cafes or coffee bars if you ask for it.
It was absolutely delicious, and without any sugar because when everything mixed together, the caramel released its sweetness, making the coffee truly perfect.
All in all, it was a perfect meal and coffee for after the meal.
