Visiting the Francelina was one of the appointments that Haniel and I had pending, also in this opportunity one of my sisters accompanied us, they were as enchanted with the place as I was.

The place has different spaces, the traditional tables for families, or the comfortable furniture ideal for meeting with friends, or in the case of young people I thought it was a nice place for a romantic date.

This Italian restaurant has several entrances on different levels of the mall, and one of them is right in the ice cream section, or as they put it... more than ice cream.

I must confess that I am a fan of good gelato, I am not passionate about it, but I recognize that it is the ideal flavor that describes happiness; just the "gelato mantecato" of the Francelina is something else, the flavor is ideal accompanied by Italian cherries, the texture is soft and the aroma of the ice cream, in addition, contributes to the unique experience.

At Francelina they not only pamper you with your favorite ice cream, they also accompany it with crunchy cookies that make it unforgettable.

The experience of visiting the place is also positive, when you go to pay for the request they show you on screen the different options and you can select according to taste and the possibility that we have to invest in this wonderful dessert.

Afterwards, they give you a number and the guys who attend to you locate you to take the requested order, they are so kind that it provokes a complete review of their good treatment.

The place is beautifully decorated, it looks like one of those places where you would like to study or meet the people you love.

We selected a couch to enjoy the ice cream, took pictures and enjoyed ourselves for a while before continuing with our planned day at the mall. We even went back later, I'll tell you about it later. But all in all the place is very nice and invites you to taste more flavors, textures and smells.

Visitar la Francelina era una de las citas que teníamos pendientes Haniel y yo, además en esta oportunidad nos acompañó una de mis hermanas, ellas quedaron tan encantadas con el lugar como yo.

El sitio tiene diferentes espacios, las tradicionales mesas para las familias, o los confortables muebles ideales para reunirse con los amigos, o en el caso de los jóvenes me pareció un lindo lugar para una cita romántica.

Este restaurante italiano tiene varias entradas en los diferentes niveles del centro comercial, y una de ellas es justo a la sección de los helados, o como lo enfocan… más que un helado.

Debo confesar que soy fanática de los buenos helados de mantecado, no me apasionan, pero reconozco que son el sabor ideal que describe la felicidad; justo el “gelato mantecato” de la Francelina es otra cosa, el sabor es ideal acompañado de cerezas italianas, la textura es suave y el aroma del helado, además, contribuye a la experiencia única.

En la Francelina no sólo te consienten con tu helado favorito, además lo acompañan de las galletas crujientes que lo hacen inolvidable.

La experiencia de visitar el lugar, además, es positiva, al ir a pagar por la solicitud te muestran en pantalla las diferentes opciones y se puede seleccionar según el gusto y la posibilidad que tengamos de invertir en este maravilloso postre.

Posteriormente te designan un número y los chicos que atienden te ubican para llevarte el pedido solicitado, son tan amables que provoca hacerles una reseña completa de su buen trato.

El lugar está decorado de una forma hermosa, parece un sitio de esos en los que quisieras estudiar o encontrarte con las personas que amas.

Nosotras seleccionamos un sofá para disfrutar los helados, nos hicimos fotografías y disfrutamos un rato antes de continuar con el día de centro comercial planeado. Hasta regresamos después, luego les cuento. Pero en definitiva el lugar es muy lindo e invita a degustar más sabores, texturas y olores.
