Are you ready for a rare treat? Soul Food Corner's Thursday Special is here and it's a must-try! For lunch, indulge in our Provencale dish with rice and a delicious Rucola salad. Finish off your meal with our sugar-free chocolate cream dessert, made with cashews, cacao, and chocolate pieces, sweetened with dates.
But that's not all! Join us again for dinner and feast on our gluten-free Tomato Cake, Tarte au Tomate et de la moutarde, accompanied by a refreshing Rucola salad with orange, olives, and carrots. For dessert, our famous chocolate cream is back, but with a twist! The evening version will feature a chocolate sauce layered on top.
And for those of you who are looking for something different, we're introducing our six-item dinner menu that includes a white mustard sauce with green peas, asparagus, carrots, shiitake, jackfruit, and pea protein minced with French herbs and spices. Plus, our salad and chocolate cream will be different from the lunch menu, with surprise add-ons in the salad and a chocolate cream topped with berry toppings. Soul Food Corner's Swiss Hive Lounging Reconnect Event Dinner Menu
Join us tonight at Soul Food Corner on the 5th floor of Zentralwäscherei for a special dinner event. We'll be serving up a delicious gluten-free Tarte au Tomate et de la moutarde, a Tomato Cake that is a sinful exception as we usually avoid serving nightshades, accompanied by a Rucola salad with orange, olives, carrots, and various herbs. Our main course is a white mustard sauce with thyme, chives, green peas, asparagus, carrots, shiitake, jackfruit, pea protein minced along with special herbs and spices to give it a French twist.
Our salad for dinner will be slightly different from the lunch menu, without fennel but with surprise add-ons. And for dessert, indulge in our sugar-free chocolate cream made from cashews, cacao, chocolate pieces, and sweetened with dates, this time layered with chocolate sauce.
