Hola, espero estén teniendo un bonito día. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes, la receta de unas galletas que hice para a Ellie y para mí. Llevan tan solo dos ingredientes, tienen un sabor muy agradable, son fáciles y rápidas de hacer.
Hi, I hope you are having a nice day. Today I want to share with you the recipe for some cookies that I made for Ellie and me. They have only two ingredients, have a very nice flavor, are easy and quick to make.
En lo personal, me gustaron mucho y la verdad es que, a Ellie le encantaron. Al principio tenía mis dudas porque, no había hecho galletas antes y realmente quería que salieran bien... Para mi sorpresa, así fue y justo por eso, me pareció buena idea compartirlo por acá.
Personally, I really liked them and the truth is that Ellie loved them. At first I had my doubts because I hadn't made cookies before and I really wanted them to turn out well... To my surprise, they did and that's why I thought it was a good idea to share them here.

| 1 taza harina de avena | 1 cup oat flour |
| 1 taza de avena en hojuelas | 1 cup oat flakes |
Coloqué en el vaso de la licuadora una taza de avena en hojuelas y licué hasta obtener harina.
I put one cup of oat flakes in the blender and blended until I obtained flour.
Pelé dos cambures medianos, los puse en un plato y los trituré con un tenedor.
I peeled two medium-sized bananas, put them on a plate and mashed them with a fork.
Agregué la harina de avena que hice previamente y mezclé con movimientos envolventes, hasta integrar muy bien ambos ingredientes.
I added the oat flour that I made previously and mixed with wrapping movements, until both ingredients were well integrated.
Añadí la taza de avena en hojuelas, mezclé de la misma forma y luego empecé a amasar con mis manos.
I added the cup of oat flakes, mixed in the same way and then began to knead with my hands.
Extendí la masa con una botella de vidrio grande y limpia. Tomé mis cortadores de galletas y saqué alrededor de 30 unidades.
I rolled out the dough with a large clean glass bottle. I took my cookie cutters and pulled out about 30 pieces.
Coloqué las galletas en una bandeja, las llevé al horno precalentado a 250° C y las dejé allí durante unos 15-20 minutos.
I placed the cookies on a tray, took them to the preheated oven at 250° C and left them there for about 15-20 minutes.
Las dejé reposar hasta que se enfriaran y listo. Una vez transcurrido ese tiempo, las galletas quedaron doradas por la parte de abajo y suaves por arriba.
I let them rest until they cooled and that was it. After that time, the cookies were golden brown on the bottom and soft on the top.
