This post invites you to the garden and make desserts together

Hello, all my lovely friends

In my garden, I grow quite a lot of bananas. Most of the bananas are ordered by vendors. I have them delivered to make desserts. Today, I would like to present a menu that I really like to eat, which is Salted Banana Chips.
When I was on Koh Phangan, salted banana chips were often sold in shops. But since I moved to Trang Province, it has been very difficult to find them. It is probably because most customers prefer banana chips with sugar.
On Koh Phangan, there are quite a lot of tourists, and they are foreigners. They usually do not like to eat sugar.
And I am the same.
So I thought that my garden has the ingredients and the method is not difficult. I should be able to make Salted Banana Chips. So I walked into the garden to find ripe bananas to make this menu. When I went to the garden, I got a bunch of bananas, which were very ripe. In about another week, they should be ripe. So I decided to cut a bunch of bananas to make this menu. Let's see the ingredients together.

Ingredients and Ingredients

• 2 bunches of bananas
• 1 tablespoon of salt
• 500 grams of coconut oil
• 2 tablespoons of butter
• Pandan leaves
• Salt to taste

Equipment required

Frying pan, spatula, banana knife, rubber gloves, cloth gloves, knife
Bowl, oil absorbent paper, jar with lid for banana chips

Banana preparation steps

Start by using a knife to cut the bananas from the bunch, then peel the ripe bananas, peel off the green skin, leaving only the white bananas, then put them in a salt water mixture of 1 basin of salt water or 2 liters of water, add 1 tablespoon of salt, stir until the salt dissolves. When peeling the bananas, soak them or soak them in lime water, like the old days did, but since my house doesn't have lime, this lime is betel lime, which is pink lime or white lime. I hope my friends know it.
Soak until 2 bunches of bananas are peeled, then remove the bananas from the basin and drain.

How to make

Place the pan on the stove (electric stove)
Then add coconut oil and wait until the oil is hot use medium heat
Then use a banana slicer to cut into thin pieces or slice into thin pieces. You can slide it into the pan in the hot oil. When we notice that the bananas in the pan are starting to fit the oil, stop slicing the bananas and wait until the bananas start to harden or become crispy. Use a spatula to slowly stir the bananas until they are cooked and crispy. Continue to fry until the bananas are yellow.

Then use a knife to cut pandan leaves into pieces and put them in the pan to increase the aroma. Continue frying until the pandan leaves are crispy.
Now you can smell the aroma of pandan leaves hitting your nose, along with the smell of coconut oil that was used to fry the salted banana chips.
It's almost done. I think it must be delicious because it uses fresh organic ingredients.

When the banana chips are ripe and crispy, add yellow butter to increase the aroma and deliciousness to another level. Fry for a little longer and then scoop the banana chips. The first time frying, put them in a container and wait for the oil to drain.

When the banana chips are cooled, you can put them in a jar with a lid before putting in salt. The salt used must be fine salt. When you put it in, shake it a little bit so that the salt can coat the salted banana chips thoroughly. It's done. I'm a little excited because I brought it to serve to my husband to try. When I served the salted banana chips to my husband, I stood waiting for the answer about the taste, crispiness, delicious or not. My husband answered me that it was delicious. I'm used to the deliciousness of bananas from my garden. The salted banana chips are very delicious. The saltiness is just right. If you like any flavor, you can do it. If you like the sugar-coated menu, you can boil the sugar-coated banana chips until it boils and bubbles white. Then add the crispy fried banana chips and mix well. Then fry in hot oil again. That's it, you get sweet banana chips.

Today, I have to say goodbye, my friends. See you next time. Thank you for following and supporting me. Thank you very much.
