Hello everyone in this community of #HiveFOOD I hope you are enjoying a nice weekend today as every day I share with you experiences of our day to day and today in particular I could not help but share with you a very nice and meaningful moment I had for my children while I was on vacation in Colombia in addition to what already had six years that I had not seen any and they longed for the food of their land among that the fish.

Hola a todos en esta comunidad de #HiveFOOD espero que estén disfrutados de un lindo fin de semana hoy como cada día comparto con ustedes vivencias de nuestro día a día y hoy en especial no podía dejar de compartir con ustedes un momento muy bonito y significativo que tuve para mis hijos mientras estuve de vacaciones en Colombia además de qué ya tenía seis años que no los veía ninguno y ellos añoraban la comida de su tierra entre eso el pescado.

So from this day I bring you a delicious fish that I prepared for my children while I was on vacation in Colombia, as they were eagerly wanting to eat fish because it was always their custom here on the island to eat it fresh although she says it does not taste the same, but I say it is not so of course it is not fresh like here, but its fishy taste was the same so my daughter went out with her husband to buy a fish which they chose a snapper for us to bake to be our lunch meal, then I set out to prepare it using assorted seasonings to season it all to taste.

Asi que de este día les traigo un rico pescado que les prepare a mis hijos mientras estaba de vacaciones en Colombia, ya que ellos deseaban ansiosamente comer pescado porque fue siempre su costumbre de aquí en la isla de comerlo fresco aunque dice que no sabe igual, pero yo digo que no es así claro que no es fresco como aquí, pero su sabor a pescado era igual así que mi hija salió junto con su esposo a comprar un pescado el cual eligieron un pargo para que lo hiciéramos horneado para que fuese nuestra comida de almuerzo, entonces me dispuse a prepararlo usando condimentos variados para sazonarlo todo al gusto

Para luego hornear mientras se preparaba arroz y una rica ensalada de tomate y cebolla morada, tajadas y el acompañante infaltable cómo lo es el aguacate y acompañado de un rico jugo natural de lechosa y una vez que estuvo todo listo nos sentamos a degustar y les cuento que me quedo muy rico mi hija hasta lloro porque tenía seis años que no probaba pescado y aunque no estaba fresco como se consigue aquí si estaba muy rico y eso le causó mucha nostalgia me quedo la satisfacción de verlos feliz recordando su tierra natal, yo espero poder cocinarle de nuevo y consentirla cuando nos volvamos a ver y espero que no sea en un tiempo tan lejano.
