You're really ripping it up there (see what I did there?). People are doing amazing things with software these days. I am sure I looked at something that did a similar job of splitting a track into stems a while back. It was just some Python code. I ought to dig that out again and try making my own backing tracks.

I've tried other software before, but it was more of an EQ thing where it brought out the guitar or hid it a bit.
If you find (or write) some other software I'd be interested to give it a crack.
This is what I looked at. I have an old post about it. I may need to set it up again to try it. This looks like something similar. Maybe RipX is using that technology, but they can put a nice front end on it.
