After he declared Muslims terrorists it’s easy to see he doesn’t know the difference between religion and nationality
Good point
Of course as usual you obviously didn't go look at the executive order, what Trump changed up was it will no longer be allowed to "mix it up" anymore. What the order states, because antisemitism as it stood as a term on it's own was providing a loophole to bounce around Obama's Executive order against going after certain groups:
What that all means is, and it's made clear in the order, that students, faculty, and/or organized groups have a right to criticized Israel to the same extent they'd criticize any other country.
Meaning in the course of any organized functions/actions that would, for example, lead to smearing the campus doors of Jewish student with antisemitic messages, causing physical harm, etc., could give rise to being labeled antisemitism after an act has been proven to have been committed under the Obama Executive Order. In other words you can be antisemitic all day long as long as that is contained within the same scope of criticism that would be produced upon another country but physical acts of intimidation or vocal calls of harm will no longer be allowed. In other words "there's no more mixing it up".
The only actual idiocy I see here is you lacking having taken the time to go view Title VI and see that Obama had already clarified the distinctions of the listed groups and why it was done, none of it changes nationality.
Any idea what this is actually about? Is it just stupidity or 4d chess?
I gave an assessment in a comment below to clear things up.
