The only hostile takeover was done by the original ninja miners. Sun had not made any moves and can be shown that he had no concrete plan and was pulling back from his original statements as his thinking was evolving. It was just a shame that Ned nor Dan did not possess the intestinal fortitude to deal with the problems as they arose years ago.

If Steem fails to deal with hostile actors who created hive appropriately, it will die along with hive.
Steem still has hostile actors of old, with large Stake, interfering with witness voting daily changing witness votes. Hive most certainly does not hold any moral high ground for anyone who is prepaired to look at the actual events objectively.
