Yesterday I felt good when I got a comment on my blog and some votes, I have complained about rewards and posts, whether you like it or not most of us are here for the rewards and even if they claim they are not it's evident somehow someway. My friend @nathanpieters said I should give out free money like him instead. Well truth is you don't give what you don't have. During this Lockdown not everyone is lucky to have a government that cares and distribute food to it's citizens or money or pay them at home. Not everyone that have automated businesses like @themarkymark pointed out in one of his posts. And not everyone that is very fortunate in life or whatever the case may be as regards success or having https://hive.blog/coronavirus/@themarkymark/my-favorite-things-while-being-stuck-at-home-during-corona.
Well that was just a point I wanted to make let's go back to how I made $9.14 on a post😋
I participated in this post made by @theycallmedan and after 5 days he visited my blog finally and gave out that vote that is making me rejoice since morning. You can see how am so happy with a $9.14 worth of vote. You never know how much you can improve on someone's situation. Imagine something close to that everyday on Hive and I will be singing and dancing as I quarantine myself and proud that I worked and earned a living, my government have never paid me a dine. And also I wish to appreciate someone another one which I got on this post too worth $1.24 and the wonderful friends and well wishers that have been auto voting me from day 1 and @mustard for that vote thank you. And for engaging with me @gregory-f and for your vote as well. Like I say I wish I have to repay you back.
Life as a Nigerian during this Lockdown
If you can survive in Nigeria during this period then you can survive anywhere in the world. Apologies to those who don't even have internet access atleast I do. People are owed months and they have been asked to go home and stay indoors but nothing to eat and for me now I think Corona is not our biggest problem anymore but hunger instead. I felt like the ground should open so I can enter and never come out when my mother said our food will soon finish. Hopefully there's always a way out of every situation and we will get out of this safely.
Celebrate with me and while you celebrate try to make me celebrate more in future😊 put a smile on someone's face even if it's not me.
If you feel the need to make someone happy please do and make them happy during this period and save them from depression and torment. There's a virus called hunger virus and until you experience this you will never appreciate what you have. The quest to survive brings people to places like this and sometimes due to thier un-productiveness it becomes hard for us to really achieve something.
Never relent to lend a helping hand. You can save a life not necessarily by using a bank account but by using the upvote button thank you.
