Hoy les compartiré sobre la visita a casa de mi abuelo, junto con mis hijos, para que ellos disfrutaran de la pequeña piscina que tiene el abuelo Heriberto construida en su patio. El día era perfecto, pues el día había amanecido soleado. Salimos alrededor de las 9 de la mañana, para su casa, fuimos un ratico a pie y otro caminando, así les digo a mis pequeños cuando me preguntan si vamos a coger algún medio de transporte.
Today I will share with you about the visit to my grandfather's house, along with my children, so they could enjoy the small pool that grandfather Heriberto has built in his backyard. The day was perfect, as the day had dawned sunny. We left around 9 o'clock in the morning, for his house, we went a little bit walking and another walking, that's how I tell my little ones when they ask me if we are going to take any means of transportation.
Llegamos y luego de un breve saludo con el abuelo y su esposa, se cambiaron de ropa y se metieron enseguida dentro de la piscina, que la disfrutaron al máximo. El agua estaba algo fría, pues es del pozo de la casa, pero a ellos realmente eso no les importaba, el objetivo era jugar y disfrutar. Jugaron a ver cuál de los dos aguantaba más tiempo con la cabeza debajo del agua, chapoletearon y lo más importante, ¡aprendieron a flotar en el agua!
We arrived and after a brief greeting with grandpa and his wife, they changed clothes and immediately got into the pool, which they enjoyed to the fullest. The water was a bit cold, since it is from the house well, but they didn't really care about that, the objective was to play and enjoy themselves. They played to see which of them could hold their heads under water the longest, they splashed around and most importantly, they learned to float in the water!
Mientras ellos se divertían yo me entretuve viendo los juegos olímpicos disfrutando de las peleas de los cubanos en el boxeo, buscando el pase a la final. Aproveché también para capturar algunas fotografías del jardín del abuelo, donde tiene en un pequeño espacio de tierra plantas de helechos, flores de unos colores muy llamativos y algunos cactus pequeños.
While they were having fun I entertained myself watching the Olympic games enjoying the Cuban boxing fights, looking for the pass to the final. I also took the opportunity to take some pictures of grandpa's garden, where he has ferns, flowers of very bright colors and some small cactus in a small space of land.
Los niños salieron de la piscina para almorzar y luego de media hora de reposo, volvieron al agua, hasta las 3 de la tarde, que salieron definitivamente para retornar a casa. Fue un día espectacular y muy divertido para ellos y para mí, pues al verlos sonreír me hace muy feliz. Espero que les haya gustado el post, nos vemos.
The kids got out of the pool for lunch and after half an hour of rest, they returned to the water, until 3 pm, when they left for good to return home.
