Very nice photos my friend @borjan. Spiders molt their cuticle several times as they increase in size, these arachnids can recover a lost limb after performing the cuticular molting process, something that is amazing. A pleasure as always to read your post and see the fascinating photos. cheers my friend!

Thanks. 🙂Glad you like the post. I didn't know they could recover a lost limb through that process. I see spiders with missing legs fairly often, and I always thought that was beyond repair. Interesting and very cool. Thanks for that piece of knowledge.

Yes, it is very common to find spiders with missing legs. They can recover those limbs through molting, but it depends if the spider is not very mature, as they can molt until a certain stage of their life (they are limited). I wish we could recover some limbs or teeth by some similar process, it would be great hahaha.
