Small forward progress builds up over time. I know that I've appreciated the changes in my wellness and fitness because of my daily walks. Such a simple thing to do. But I have been doing it daily since May 1st. These changes haven't been because of the first walk or the walk I did today. It was all the consistent walking that has slowly made the difference. If it wasn't for my personal #Move2Earn challenge I would have had no idea how much a simple walk in my neighborhood could add up to.
Invest clothes, time, and whatever it takes to live a long, healthy, and active life. These coming years are the ones that will matter.
