This morning’s weigh-in put me at 189 pounds. I gained a half pound. Too much protein yesterday, I think.
Breakfast
No breakfast this morning. I had coffee with heavy cream and mct oil.
I ate a couple of handfuls of Brazil nuts throughout the day.
Lunch
For lunch, I had a tin of sardines in Louisiana sauce, accompanied by olives and a bite of Mexican cheese.
Supper
For supper, I’m having a hamburger without buns with a glass of wine 🍷.
Later, I may have coffee with heavy cream.
I added sour cream to the burger.
