Lunch

  • celery with cream cheese
  • 2 g carb Greek yogurt
  • 2 cheese stuffed olives
  • mandarin orange zero sugar drink

Supper

  • chicken thigh
  • Keto cheddar, bacon biscuit
  • Olives

My weight keeps cycling up and down. But, the overall trend is downwards. Lower highs and lower lows.
