Topic: The Differences between Political- and Market-Entrepreneurs

Question: Should existing subsidy programs at the federal level be ended (here is a brief list: https://www.thebalance.com/government-subsidies-definition-farm-oil-export-etc-3305788 (Links to an external site.) )? If so, how should these programs be ended? Should all subsidy programs be ended, or should some be retained?
