Well, I think humans often don't like certain animals (like cockroaches, flies, gnats, wasps, rats, pigeons and others) which are similar like themselves in way that they are very successful in evolution, adaptable to many different environmental conditions, resilient, often omnivores and having a high reproduction rate.

'We' consider them as competitors for food and living space (but in the end we are the biggest plague ourselves). :)
