No, it's obviously a fly (Diptera) species.

How many wings do you count? More than two, are you sure? Don't you recognize one of the halteres which are typical for Diptera?

Is not the same one..I am sure..

Lol, this is getting funny: I am a biologist, part of the work during my diploma thesis consisted of determining insect species. There is a reason why I created an insect community, and you, seriously(?), want to tell me a fly was a bee, are you kidding me?
Unfortunately, I won't be able to continue this interesting, scientific 'discussion'. Have fun with your 'bee'. :)

In this way, I have nothing to say to you because I believe very much in specialization..Hat down Mr. biologist. But at the beginning I did not like your way of speaking .. "If this one a bee I am the queen of kingdom "...

I am just honest/direct and made that joke to emphasize the significant distinctions in both cases, but didn't intend to offend you.
Actually, considered from a genetical point of view, the differences between a bee and a fly are much bigger than the differences between the "Queen of England" and me. :)
