Happy Weekend My Friends
I haven't posted in this community in a long time. Today I'm back posting here. This time I want to show some pictures of spiny spiders that I found on papaya leaves in the garden behind the house. As usual, every Sunday morning, I always go to the garden behind the house to check some of the plants that I garden.

When I traced each papaya stem, I saw something running between the leaves and papaya stalks, I immediately approached to take a look. Turns out there was a thorny spider there.

I immediately took the phone and macro lens and immortalize it into my phone's memory. This is the first time I have found this type of spider. Before, I thought spiders weren't as thorny as I found them. After I took it a few different angles, I started looking for references about this type of spider. I found on a Website. Scientifically, this spider is called Gasteracantha cancriformis - Spinybacked Orbweaver. Here are some photos that I managed to capture with my phone camera. Here I share with all of you. Hope you guys like it.
