Greetings from Suriname to all of you Hivers. I think I not make a post today because I not have a recipe or pictures of insects. I wanted to make another post about other things but I not have ideas because I stress about K-3 visa to USA. I need to learn more English for interviews.
But in the afternoon I feel bored so I called my little girl go to find insects to help my feelings get better. We saw so much white peacock butterflies, and they were all beautiful the time I saw them. I am never bored to watch them. Theyโre really pretty butterflies.
When I was busy getting photos of them my Monkey-B busy catching butterflies too. She catch a butterfly and she called me to get a video of it, then I took a short video when she opened her hands.
I wanted to show you all this video also but I donโt know how to do it in 3Speak yet. Then she catch another butterfly and put it in a jar and show us, then she opened the jar to give it freedom.
Monkey-B loves to catch butterflies when she has free-time after studying. She never hurt them, but she just catch in her hands then open her hands for enjoying. Sometimes she sings the song for them listening too.
I asked her. โWhy are you singing?โ She said, "Because when I sing to them, they listen and itโs easier to catch them. I said "Oh really?" She said, "Mom can try it if mom donโt believe me." I have a big laugh for that because it's my first time to hear that.
Some of these butterflies are easy to catch but most butterflies are difficult.
I see Monkey-B has so much patience to catch them. She walked slowly and get close to it and catch it in her hands. She is a very patient girl.
I love to take pictures but I donโt like catch them because I worry can make them hurt.
So I tell my daughters a lot donโt make them hurt. They have life like us. If mom hit you, you would hurt the same. There are not some things that want to hurt, whether humans or animals.
